Help

Stillwire is where you review drafts from your agents and send them through Buffer. Nothing is published until you confirm a send.

Connect Buffer

  1. Create a Buffer account

Then connect your social channels in Buffer.

  2. Create a key named Stillwire

In Buffer, open Settings, then API, then Personal Access, then New Key. Name it Stillwire.

  3. Paste it into guided setup

Step 2 of the guided setup is where the key goes. Stillwire lists the channels on that account.

On the free plan, Buffer connects up to 3 channels at once, and each channel can hold 10 scheduled posts. Buffer also counts a lifetime limit of 8 unique channels per social network.

Add more platforms

  1. In the Buffer app or on buffer.com, open Channels, then Connect channel, and pick the platform (for example Threads, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram).

  2. Connect the platform in Buffer, then tap Refresh channels in Stillwire.

  3. The new channel appears next to LinkedIn and X with its own character limit, and you tick it in the Send sheet.

Buffer's free plan allows 3 connected channels, and Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest need an image.

Guides

  1. Bot drop-in

Open Settings and copy your drop-in address. Create a token and copy it once. Paste the setup message into Grok Bot, or give any bot the address and the token.

The draft shows up in Inbox. The token can add drafts. It cannot publish them.

  2. Share from any app

On Android, open the share menu in a browser, a news app, LinkedIn, X, Photos, or any other app. Tap Share, then Stillwire.

The link, text, or photo becomes a draft in the Inbox, ready to Rewrite in my tone and send. A photo stays on the same draft. Edit the long text and the short text, then send when you are ready.

  3. Rewrite and voice profile

In Settings, write a short note on how you sound, and paste up to three posts you have already written. Tap Save voice.

Open a draft and tap Rewrite in my tone. Read the long and short suggestions. Tap Use this, or Discard. You can undo. Rewrite does not publish.

  4. Planner and queue

Tap Send on a draft. Every channel is listed. The planner shows the next 14 days in Europe/Stockholm and suggests Best, Better, and Good. Weekday mornings rank higher. A day that already has a LinkedIn post is marked.

Confirm before Stillwire calls Buffer. On Queue, step through the week. Every channel is shown. Reschedule or unschedule, then confirm.

  5. Admin and invites

Stillwire is invite-only. An admin opens Settings, then Admin, and invites a Google email. Firebase emails the download link.

Send the welcome message from that screen. Revoke an invite that has not been used, or disable an owner.
